This one has been seriously worked over and is FAR from stock. The roll bar mounts have been modified and are definitely sub-par from stock. They should be bolted through the top of the wheel well (as they are), but they were originally bolted through the side panels and those bolts are gone. These never came with a hinged tailgate, but access is increased by the current modification. As far as the three speed tranny, I thought the 258's were equipped with a four speed (3+ a granny). In addition, the amount of lift can put a serious angle on that rear drive shaft (I went through a couple back in the day with only a 2 1/2\" lift on my '79).
