I assume that means the A/C condenser is now in front of the radiator. The problem with the power windows is likely a failure of the plastic gears that the motors turn, not the motors themselves. Those same plastic gears operate the headlamps. I find it odd that a car that's lived in Southern California has never been serviced or worked on by one of the half-dozen, or so, Pantera specialty shops that operate in Southern California.
