At the current pricing, you could get into hot rodding pretty cheap. It's probably going to need a fair bit of maintenance, the seller has owned it for 20 years and most of the parts look to be at least 30 years old, but it seems like the hard work was done a long time ago. (That's not a knock on this car - all machines age) I'd just picture it as actually being 30-year-old car in the same shape, and set expectations accordingly.
