Thanks for the comments. Great write up with the help of BaT. These folks are professionals.\r\n\r\nThis was a saga initially. I noticed the engine light within the first few miles. Took it in to the dealer and they attempted to fix it a couple of times. Long story short, they had my brand new GTS for four months (April 2020) before it was good to go. They never actually told me why the engine light was on but I suspect I had something to do with the resistor that is mentioned in the RO. My best guess is they wanted to get it on the sales floor for the holidays and may have shipped it before it had a proper quality inspection. Whatever the root cause, it was frustrating but ultimately corrected. No issues after this.\r\n\r\nAs noted, the heater was not putting out enough hot air in my opinion. I had a 2018 Venice before this and it was plenty hot. They adjusted it at the dealership and it gets hot as expected now.
