We are glad to offer this beautiful low mileage survivor LTD. This car is as tight as the new it was. New with crisp and clean interior, which is amazing. This is a original paint car. The nose on this car was sprayed at some point, assuming from road debris and/or stone chips. It matches perfectly. \r\nI\u2019ll address the only pics I\u2019ve found. As mentioned earlier the F on the front Ford emblem looks a little crooked. It simply has a broke pin on the back. We missed it and will address it with a like emblem, glue on the remaining pin, not a issue. Headliner is great and looks new with the exception of 2 little punch through hole maybe from a umbrella? The hood hinge springs are sprung and raised the hood in the back. We will remedy that before auction end. Honestly that\u2019s the only pics on this car. The paint is amazing considering the age and still has a great shine with no patina. The wire wheel covers obviously were a add on whether fomoco or not, not sure but a flawless set of original are in the back. Nos clear mats which are impossible to find all the way down to the under dash tissue dispenser with the box in the back. This is a beautiful example of a unrestored land yacht! I think they may have even been LTDs rebadged as Galaxie 500s. Pretty much all the stuff an actual detective car would never have been equipped with: air conditioning, power windows, dual remote mirrors, what appeared to be an AM/FM/8-track, cruise control, and the split front bench seat with dual folding armrests. \r\n\r\nMichael Douglas (as young Steve Keller) actually did some pretty impressive stunt driving from time to time. They'd arrive at a crime scene in a bit of a four-wheel drift with that big boat of a car rocking back and forth for a few beats after it came to a rest.
