Two cylinder motors are typically more torquey than 4 cylinder motors of same displacement. So the motor and transmission are all Honda MC and just the final drive to the axle unit. Starting is probably using the MC starter and non existent reverse was an add on starter motor. I see. To go to the trouble to adapt a V4 Honda motor, why not just use the larger VFR750? Pretty much the same size with 105 hp. Totally reliable and EZ to live with. To correct the listing, a V4 will have 4 carbs not 2.
