Bought a silver 5-door Viggen in 2002. It was my daily driver for 12 years! Even then I hated to part with it. Simply decided it was time to try something else. Overall build quality was top tier. Solid, excellent throughout. And the Viggen specific front seats were among the very best IMO. The car always felt like a high end tuner special. Take the small Saab, stuff the big Saab's engine and trans under the hood, lower it, add special seats, body kit, exhaust, and do it all very well. A truly practical car that was a HOOT to drive! Acceleration felt much more impressive than the numbers indicated. Perhaps in part because the chassis was a bit overwhelmed by the boost. I never added the rescue kit. Humans are quite adaptable and after daily driving it for a while I stopped noticing the torque steer. Anyway, this is a very special oddball here. Best wishes to the buyer.
