I have curated the photos and videos to present the detail I want from BaT sellers. However, if there's anything additional anyone would like to see, let me know and I'm happy to oblige. I have a garage lift, so don't be shy if you want to see something underneath that isn't already visible.\r\n\r\nFirstly, to address the elephant, the Carfax is partially incorrect. The accident listed in 2017 was a neighbor backing out of their driveway and lightly impacting the left corner of the rear bumper. It damaged the red reflector and separated the bumper cover - see gallery photo #222. There was no damage behind the bumper cover and the front end was not involved despite what is listed in the Carfax. Photo #213, third from the top left is the documentation of repairs from Gerber collision. I called them to verify the details in their system and they match what I have. I also called the police department to verify their incident report is accurate and it is. I have a case open with Carfax to correct their information and am currently awaiting feedback. Also, the listing details mention that the front bumper cover was repainted in February 2024. I did this to clean up the nicks and dings over the years.\r\n\r\nSecondly, I have owned the car only in Michigan and South Carolina, both of which don't have emissions testing. The Mountune catalyst on the car has fewer cells per inch (CPI) than the OEM catalyst and will not pass testing in CARB states. It may pass in federal emissions states where testing applies. Regardless, the factory catalyst is included with only 7,000 miles of use. Four nuts/bolts and one V-band clamp are all it takes to swap out the downpipe & catalyst to reinstall the factory piece. The calibration can be switched back to stock in a few minutes using the COBB Accessport, making it compliant in every federal state. CARB states will likely require updating beyond the factory federal compliance to be registered in CARB states but check with your state for details.\r\n\r\nThirdly, photo #226 shows the production information for the car. I was a powertrain engineer at Ford when I ordered the car and for several following years. This is also why the misfire algorithm for the Mountune roll restrictor/mount was recalibrated. Stiffer mounts typically don't generate false misfire DTCs, but I had the means to update the calibration, so I did.\r\n\r\nThe MR300 kit generates a true 300hp & 350lb-ft, maximizing the factory turbo and improves drivability. It's 85% of an RS without AWD and suspension that doesn't break your back. For what it's worth, I worked on the RS and bought an ST. Mountune produced a kit that turns it into what it should have been from the factory.\r\n\r\nAll original parts are included. The car can be returned 100% to stock - except for the cat-back exhaust and utterly worthless 2-piece stock lug nuts. If you've owned a Ford vehicle with them, you know what I mean. I have never tracked, autocrossed, or drag raced the car. It has been my daily driver that I improved for around-town fun.\r\n\r\nThe car has seen three Michigan winters and received frequent car washes to remove the salt. It has been in South Carolina since the end of 2019. It is mechanically flawless and will take you to the west coast or Alaska without concern, besides snow or ice due to the summer tires. The factory HID bulbs didn't match the LED eyebrows nor the fog lights. The LED eyebrows are 5000k white. The factory HID bulbs, if I recall correctly, are 4300K. The Philips longer throw HIDs now installed are 5000K. The Diode Dynamics LED fog lights installed are also now 5000K.\r\n\r\n\u2022 The lighting includes road-following HID housings. They move right and left relative to steering wheel angle to project onto the curvature of the road while turning.\r\n\r\n\u2022 The lighting also has turning lamps, which are the bulbs between the turn signal bulb and the HID projector. These illuminate with subtle steering input to provide additional illumination towards the side of the car in the turning direction.
