That aqua one from the other day was a really nice car. This is an early S13 with the monoform seats. The only visual detraction is the bodyside molding that hopefully wasn't riveted on. Interior looks very clean. I'd be shocked if the radio/tape deck/speakers still worked! White is the best color by FAR. And having no accidents is very rare. I just sold my 1993 Nissan 240SX SE Super HICAS Hatchback with white exterior and gray interior. It had 120k and it had a super smooth shifting automatic transmission. Mine is on Youtube. This car looks good just sitting there and you only know how fun it is until you drive one! Wow it is something else. Perfect balance and center of gravity. Will be interesting to see what this one sells for. It is a one owner with low miles but there are a lot of downsides to this one. It is a '89 pignose vs. a '91-'93 which has a much cleaner front end, nicer alloy wheels and steering wheel. Also this a base and not the SE version which had manual window, mirrors, no sunroof, and more. Also no ABS OR LSD as in the Super HICAS. The worst part is the engine. The next gen got upgraded with the better KA24DE engine. Everything seems to be pretty clean other then the engine and front bumper touch up. Also I think the gray and black interior is far sexier then the old school brown interior. The gas look painted and the muffler is clearly a replacement from front to back with no \"NISSAN\" engraving. Be prepared to replace a lot of random things on this car. Nissan made a great drift car but it wasn't exactly a quality car with strange things breaking all the time. The rest of the car was only clay barred and hand polished. The interior was vacuumed and dusted and looks new. The original radio, tape player and all speakers work like 1989. The original window sticker shows it as a 240SX SE Fastback. The muffler was replaced in 1995 by Midas Muffler when it had 40K miles on it. S14 240sx ones bolt in. It was the best change I made. \n\nYou can either get creative cutting holes into the stock interior panels or try to find interior parts from a Japanese 180sx or Canadian market 240sx, they had stock fixed 3 point belts. \n\nThe other thing I did that really made the car better was pop off the two black plastic \"nostril\" grill pieces above the bumper. It really looked good without them. \n\nIt's great that this car doesn't have the factory sunroof and spoiler. Those two things both leak like crazy and promote rust like you wouldn't believe. The factory sunroof channel drain hoses literally just terminate in the rocker panel, so once the outer sunroof seal goes, water dumps down into the rocker. \n\nThis car has an interior cleaner than mine was 15 years ago, rare then and even rarer now.\n\nThe brown interior color grows on you. As you all know this 240SX is pretty special and rare so its not that easy to put a value on it. Nonetheless it was very close to selling through this auction.
