The engine was about 300 BHP and in those days the car could run with a Porsche 930 Turbo. I only drove it once but the car was very well balanced with Bilstein shocks and Pirelli P7 tires. It had the typical turbo lag but when the turbo kicked in you prayed that you were on a straight away. lol. This is a very nice B6, which also offered very respectable performance back in the day. I had a 77 B6 back in the early 90s, saved it from being scrapped. The story went that some G.I. brought it back and lost somehow for unpaid debt and it just sat around. When I got it, it was mess, but after pulling it back together that car was a lot of fun. The chassis was ready willing and able, the engine felt like it wanted to rev for ever. When I drove it hard it would chirp 3 gears, I used to pick on unsuspecting 5.0 Mustangs with it - miss that car.
