The GSXR conversion is quite common on custom Honda CB builds. You can buy off-the-shelf parts from companies like Cognitomoto.com, or you can make the parts yourself, which is the route I took, as I am a qualified machinist and engineer. The GSXR triple tree has a modified steering stem to suit the CB frame. The GSXR front axle is still used, but the CB front Hub is machined to accommodate larger bearings. Adapter plates were custom machined and are mounted to the CB hub to accommodate the GSXR brake disc. The top plate of the GSXR triple tree has been drilled to accommodate the Cognito Moto handlebar risers. Thanks.
