TPMS: The TMPS light is lit up on the dash\u2014simple fix. At least on my car, I replaced the TPMS sensors, which fixed the annoying light on the dash.\r\n\r\n2. Sticky buttons: Another easy fix. I read online using Neutrogena Make-up Wipes to clean the sticky buttons. Yep, it works. \r\n\r\nI did not see these problems on Roy's SV, but I might as well cover them.\r\n\r\n3. Headlights: The headlights on all Murcis tend to fog up. The headlights are costly to replace, but these could be fixed. If you are adventurous, skilled, and daring, you might be able to tackle this project on your own. Mine still fogs up during cold weather. Thankfully, I live in San Diego. Nevertheless, I'm just setting aside the inevitable. I know I will have to get it fixed some other time. \r\n\r\n4. Lift Shocks: The door shocks and rear lid shocks might need replacing. The shocks are cheap, and the labor for the door takes a few hours.\r\n\r\n5. Folding Side Mirrors: The mechanisms of the folding mirrors are fragile. I read somewhere a GM gear part can replace the gears. I leave mine alone and don't ever fold the mirrors. \r\n\r\n5. Tires: The OEM tires are not currently available. Continentals are an option, but I'm still holding on to Pirellis. \r\n\r\nSo far, after six years with my SV, these were the only issues I've had. Others might have something to add, but these were all the issues I've encountered. No, check engine lights, no oil leaks, no overheating, or other myths you hear about owning a V12 Lamborghini. My experience with my Diablo SV was the same, with only minor issues as well. These are pretty much bulletproof.
