He rode one in a muddy enduro in Ohio and was amazed at the \"slogability\" of the engine.\r\nI got to ride one, w/ proper knobby tires, at a local cross country race. It felt slightly heavy and the stock suspension was a bit soft/under-damped, but it handled pretty good and it was very good for climbing hills and in the sand; mainly due to the very flexible engine. However the aluminum fenders and mufflers didn't fare very well. Don't remember the name of the enduro, but I think it was near Douglasville. Very dusty, almost had a head on after missing a turn! Learned to ride the banks on woods roads, and came completely off the bike in a very rough section and landed back on it without crashing. Dumb luck. Pretty soon became a Ossa Pioneer rider, among others more suitable. Also was the Yankee Motor Company Ossa sales rep for a while.
