I found this out repainting mine, and it was so far out from original, we stripped it back and color matched the original color from inside the trunk. Id not worry about minor rust bubbles, frustrating as they may be, the real money is in the driveline, interior and those crazy hard to find plastic bits, all of which seem to be here and look good. Records on who did the work would be great to see, along with a driving video and more discussion from the seller on thier experience with it. Its only recently these have come into their own, due to all the other 60'-70's F cars/Dinos sky rocketing. When I sold mine for 15k, it was a record and intelligent life was unheard of for mechanics. That engine tuned correctly will make up for any doubts.
