The factory built them, equipped them with options they saw fit, and sent them to the dealers to be sold. By 79 or 80, they had pretty much \"standarized\" a lot of those options. My wife and I drove from north of Seattle to Pebble Beach for car week. All went well on the drive down and all week long tooling around Carmel and Monterey. On the way home the CDI box failed in the Southern Oregon mountains. Although I brought along a rebuilt spare, that one died too, after installing and driving a few miles. I left the car in Oregon with a good shop while the CDI was sent to a guy in SoCal who did the rebuild. I picked up the car a week later and all was well. Except for the speeding ticket in Linn County, OR the day of the eclipse.... That was a bad day to be on the road. Anyway, long story longer, if the CDI has not been rebuilt, source a spare if you plan to make the long drive home from the west coast.\nAnd question for the experts: where is the antenna for the radio?
