The rear 2002ti badge is correct with silver letters on a silver background. The steering wheel is the correct version with slotted spokes. The battery tray is at the correct height, which is lower than a \"normal\" 2002. There is no \"snorkel\" in the nose since the dual carbs don't utilize the pancake filter with the summer/winter air path switch. The air can is correct with the correct clips and air horns (there are multiple versions of these things). The wheels are the correct flat face steelies in 5x13 (stock 02 was 4,5 x 13). The dash clock is in the correct place. I hope to launch my own ti restoration in the near future and I aspire to have it turn out this well. Pretty clean engine, for its time, due primarily to the precision of its fuel injection.\r\n\r\nThe ti did not comply, and it would have been too expensive to get it into compliance, so it was unfortunately never imported to the US.\r\n\r\nFTP75 was the first time that really serious emissions standards were put in place here. So some engines were discontinued after the 1974 model year, like the tii, though there may have been other reasons, like what killed the Turbo after only 1642 units or so. Every single bushing , strut,shock, nut, bolt, subframe bushing, lower control arms are new. \r\n\r\nHanger bearings, guido, as well. \r\n\r\nI don't know how you can fake a restoration of this quality unless I commit fraud and use pictures from another car and this is not the case.\r\n\r\nI look forward to having pictures taken with the new owner the gentleman and friend I bought the car from, the owner since 1975. He is still alive after becoming an invalid 1990 after a catastrophic car wreck.
