This car probably wouldn't have been listed because of the automatic (you could get these with a stick but they were rare) but aside from that I think it's a very interesting car and worthy of being listed here. Less than 5,000 miles a year and what I'm sure is a rare color combination. The M54 is a rock solid engine for fans of the inline 6 and this example looks to be in great shape. So we got 11 years out of it, and sold it with 180K miles. I've owned over 25 BMWs over the years, and that 2005 X3 was the most reliable of them all. By 2006, I think, BMW put a different transmission in the X3, which sucked. This is the one to get.
