The power steering rack is tired, so a rebuilt rack would be a good idea if you want to drive this car in really cold weather. The A/C is actually the factory setup, but my mechanic lost the button for it (I'm still furious about that). I was having the heater control valve replaced IIRC. The A/C was hooked up with a belt and all, but it was not blowing cold. The system iss holding pressure, it needs to be charged up to the proper pressure (R-12). I don't see any leaks from hoses or fittings, so if it leaks, it's very very slow. I'm confident the A/C will work with minimal cost and time. The compressor spins freely, if I jump it the compressor runs. The gears all shift with precision and are silky smooth unlike the 5-speed boxes I've driven over the years on various 900s.
