I currently own one in Guards Red with LSD only, to my eyes the most desirable configuration as its pure to its purpose. If you attended Werks Reunion Monterrey this year you saw my car as it won Best in Class 964/993. \r\nI have never understood the fighting over the years; RSA vs. C2, both are great cars (I also own a C2 coupe) and the RSA is more \"different\" than better. If you look at the long history of Porsche subtle differences in performance or production numbers can make a large value difference. For example I personally prefer (as do many other people) the performance/torque curve/drivability of my 1971 911E vs. a similar 1971 911S. Even the magazine reviews of the time indicated for street driving the E was slightly quicker to 60 and had better low end torque. Total production numbers were almost exactly the same in 1971, yet a comparable \"S\" brings ~1.5x of the 911E. It's just that the market usually will pay a premium for perceived \"cool\" factor.\r\nAs to whether or not this is a \"real\" RS... Porsche called it an RS and it has a distinct VIN. Those factors make me believe its a real RS. It is as good as a Euro 964RS? No way, but they also don't sell for the same amount. Even now that Euro RS's are arriving stateside they are bringing 2x what a comparable RSA is bringing. \r\n\r\nNow on to the featured car... It's an honest, driver quality RSA that a person could just use without guilt. That is worth something! The seller seems quite candid and it's had long term ownership. Of the 3 fairly standard colors (White, Red, Black) I think the white is the most desirable (and I own Red!). The other optional colors were Midnight Blue and Polar Silver. I do think its not optioned as desirable as some, cars with sunroof delete sell quicker and for slightly more $$ than the sunroof cars.
