I can verify for you tomorrow if you'd like but I believe the catalyst is Magnaflow brand, I can get you some numbers off that if that helps you determine if it would pass emissions. I have never lived in California so I cannot speak to any of their rules but I do now see 48 and 49 state replacement catalysts advertised. I will say I am not aware of another Class II in the US.
