When the roll-bar was removed I discovered it was nothing but galvanized fence post that was welded to the floor with sheet-metal brackets. Also another expense will be the button top for the high-performance fuel pump. It\u2019s unfortunate the original oxide on the front chassis and the steering components have all been sprayed over with a rattle can black. There are great Concours mustang restoration forums that can help point those things out as well as others. like when traction master mounts were welded to the oxide chassis and then painted black. There\u2019s also an early picture which appears to have an all fiberglass hood and now it looks like it has the correct metal reinforced fiberglass hood but unfortunately they did not realize that there\u2019s a large spring and a small spring that holds these hoods up so they do not bend the frame when they\u2019re closed this one has two same sized springs.
