Somewhat unusual to see the black package instead of polished. I think 2017 was the last year for that, then only option was polished/chrome. The Stage 1 kit also went away I believe after 2017. Very desirable IMHO as it helps the engine breath by opening up the exhaust quite a bit with the larger pipes. To some determent in quiet, but a significant improvement in sound! When you're into the throttle, it can be pretty loud, but backed-off cruise, it's just fine. I think the Stage 1 pipes would not pass sound regs, which is why they went away. Too bad - I love mine! Add a Windborne Carriages or Morgan full windscreen for a MUCH better cockpit experience. I had it added to my 2021 car. However, it is an uncommon upgrade to find, and I do agree with you that it is a very desirable package since the more free flowing exhaust also retains far less heat in the headers and engine, which is far more desirable in an air cooled engine. This leads to better performance all the way around. This is a nicely equipped M3W and will have all of the later Morgan model corrections. This is essentially a new M3W ready to go.
