Evidently, not the shade of gray it was before the repair. Dove gray? I have been to MG shows where several \" Dove gray' Mg's were present and all were different. We tried matching, blending and color sanding. I just wasn't happy with the final result. I would have much preferred not to completely disassemble it and repaint. However, the the original 2003 paint job had suffered a few chips and scratches, and it gave me an opportunity to chose a color a few shades darker, which proved to be a good choice. \n I did find a photo of the old fender that I will send to bat. I remember taking the pic thinking maybe someone would want it for the rust free lower rear section but never listed it. \n The fender is what got replaced with new, along with a bumper, brackets and grille. The hood surround suffered some slight damage and I decided to locate a used part and replace it as well. It paid off because the all the panels fit extremely well. There is no and never was any frame damage, It drives as straight as ever. I hope this answers your questions.
