He pinched the frame 3/4\" at the front cross member so you don't see the radiatorounting holes. Moved the wheels forward 1\". Probably moved the front cross member forward 1\" to visually stretch the car. Used a model A front cross member to lower 1\". C Ed the frame front & rear. With the V'ed front spreader bar, he pulled the front frame horns in by shortening & tapering. I think he used Cessna wing struts to fabricate the front spreader. The guys that did Lobeck's fabrication, Danny Tesar & Larry Brunkala opened Precision Hot Rod in Macedonia OH.
