I don't know how seller was able to avoid driving this car more than 100 miles in the last 37 years or whatever it has been. Looks like a really nice car other than it might need various things serviced to make it a reliable roadworthy car again. I had ten,1973 Camaros for years and I just started selling them this year. \nI sold two of them for the first time on BaT, one in January of this year and one at the beginning of April. I still have the others. \nI have a warehouse full of classic cars. I have been a workaholic and never drove them much. Just enough to keep them running well and keep things from drying out. My Dad was a mechanic when he came out of World War II and so he always kept things running right for me.\nThe non Camaro classic cars I have were actually my family\u2019s cars that I ended up getting to keep all with original miles. \nI am retired now, but was in the auto auction business for 47 years and started working for my father and he made me learn every job. I started as a bodyman and then became a painter and then one day ran the entire auto auction business. \nI had a 1973 Camaro in high school and that is \u201cwhy\u201d I became a Camaro collector years later. I started buying one at a time when I was in my thirties and I am now 66. \nI was taught to be a profectionist, so that is \u201cwhy\u201d my cars look like new or try and keep them as original as possible. \nI had this one painted only because it looked a little dull or faded to me. I like cars to be shiny and look like mirrors when you look at one. \nAs I am typing, I just realized I was wrong about the years ago of it being painted. It was in 2011 so it was 13 years ago. Time flies and I apologize for that too. When you have a lot of \u201cthings\u201d sometimes you mix them up. \nAll my cars since I have owned them have always been kept inside and with car covers on them all.\nThe engine is original. I did replace the radiator overflow and windshield plastic fluid buckets. They are the white ones in the engine pictures. One on the left and one on the right.\nThe spoiler decal is not the original one. The factory put a Z28 decal on the rear spoiler. I put the same type that is on the grille or on straight Z28 fenders.\nSince the \u201cLT\u201d Z28 model cars have \u201cCamaro 350\u201d emblems on the fenders, that is why I put a metal Z28 emblem on the spoiler. I wanted people to make sure they knew it was a Z28 also.\nLT models have more chrome on the cars and upgraded interiors. If you did not know, \u201cLT\u201d stands for Luxury Touring.\nI think it looks much better. \nIf someone buys this car and wants the Z28 decal for the rear spoiler so it looks the way they want it, I have a new Z28 decal I will give that buyer if they want it. \nSo I apologize for saying the wrong thing year wise. Trying to take videos by yourself and trying to do it while driving is probably not that smart or safe.\nThat is why I did it by my warehouse on the weekend when most people in their businesses are closed and not there. \nI hope this answers your questions and hopefully helps others know more about this beautiful Camaro and about me as the one that has it.\nIt was not easy for me to list this one because it is so beautiful and is a Z28 and LT model. I owned five '69 models, four 1970's, four '73s and one '74. Over time the '73 Type LTs became my favorite to own. When the L82 arrived in 1973 Car & Driver magazine did a side by side test and found the new car was just slightly slower than the '71-'72 330 HP LT-1s. Other than that they liked the car very well, talking about how well the C2 Z-28 Camaros held their value, calling them \"Blue Chip \" investments. If they only knew. For me the '73's were fast enough, more refined than the earlier versions while retaining the classic bumpers and grill, and a lot less maintenence. No more adjusting valves, replacing blown Holley power valves, replacing spark plugs every 2,000 miles. The new LT package was icing on the cake. Along with the option of air conditioning. Some fifty years later when I see one like this I admire them wistfully and find it hard to turn my head and look away.
