It wasn't fast (speedo went to 120), but it was reliable to the point of seeming indestructible. \r\n\r\nOne night we drank some beers, smoke a few joints and ended up on a wet golf course. I turned the wheel hard, punched the gas and got the speedo to 120 while the car spun in a circle that felt sort of like the Tilt-A-Whirl at the fair. I let off the gas out of fear the car would flip over. \r\n\r\nI ultimately gave the car to some Haitian gents who worked at the same restaurant and sometimes I imagine they're still driving the car today somewhere in S. The ralley wheels look so right on these. I really enjoyed the driving video - the sounds and dynamics are dead on the same as Dad's old Demon, right down to the 'thadum' sound of the brake pedal being released.
