I bought this MG in Oct. 2023 from the estate of the previous owner. He had purchased the car in Jan. 2015 and I don't think he ever drove it, over the next several months he bought over $5000 in new parts from Moss Motors why I have no idea, only thing I can think of is he was a perfectionist and wanted to replace everything he saw as not being up to his standards. I have posted a photo he took for insurance purposed in 2015 and to me it looks pretty much the same as it is now. He purchased new seat brackets and rails and I did not want to install them, same with the carpet and pad and new steering wheel and other parts. I figured I would let the new owner decide what they wanted to do. Plus I am pushing 70 and things are not as easy as they were 20 years ago. I have owned many sports cars in my time but most were 50 years ago and about 70 lbs lighter. I didn't even give it a second thought about any work that might need to be done. I fully intended to keep this car but I had never owned one before but always liked the looks of the T series MG and after having worked on it to get it were it is now decided it is not for me.
