Tire repair is usually from objects in the tires and does not warrant replacement. \r\nMinor damage is normally small scratches or dings that are repaired at a dealer or body shop that reports the VIN for service rendered. Visually the Rover is in great shape as reflected in the pictures and videos. Title confusion was the title was issued as Blue however the window sticker reflects Color Code 1BF (black) You can google this range Rover Color code. The Rover in person is a dark sparkling blue.
