I've had mine to about 72 by GPS. 60-65 is no problem and very stable. The downside is they take a bit of time to get to those speeds so a short onramp might not get you to the speed of the traffic. I also wouldn't like doing those speeds for an extended period of time. a few miles yes. it's turning pretty high RPMs. I would cruise mine at 55-60 all day. Beautiful scooter here, but not really close to Pelican red.
