I am not sure if you read the comments but I did mention that timing belt and water pump not done yet since I do not have any records of it. It\u2019s very unlikely that owners will do timing belts at 28k miles. Most wait until it\u2019s up in miles rather than age. If new owner wants to have it done, we would certainly advise to budget in your final bid. As far as tires go, I mentioned that they have 2017 date codes. In 2017 the car had 26k miles. The car has been garaged and there is no dry rot or cracking on the tires, so not sure why we would change them? I\u2019ve addressed the tire issue plenty of times on my other auctions. Tires are best left to the new owner since everyone has their own taste. We\u2019ve done tires on vehicles before, and have seen new owners remove them because they were not fond of the brand or the ride. So that was a waste of new tires. Not so much on the timing belt. It isn't the miles it's the age of the belt. I believe that the manufacture's recommendation is ten years. In 2007, Lexus went to a timing chain which is much less of an issue. Timing belt replacement runs anywhere from $1,000 - $1,500 depending on where you live.
