There are a lot, but we're talking about a car that's already pushing 300 grand and we're not even in the last-minute feeding frenzy yet, so lots of photos doesn't seem out of line at all to me. \r\n\r\nWith regard to the car itself: I don't know whether the person dictating the decisions on the build set out to emulate Singer or not, but they certainly seem to have gotten rather close. It seems to me that Singer have established a new paradigm of vintage Porsche restoration where they have deliberately gone after a very well-off clientele who can afford one of their cars. And the reward for those signing up and waiting is a one-off car which is recognizably a Porsche but with performance and customizing that no one else will exactly have. (I suspect that Singer would politely decline if someone asked them to build a clone of a car they'd already done- just my hunch) The folks who built this Porsche have, I think, successfully emulated Singer's model- good for them. The esthetics in particular are really beautifully done.
