They indicated there was no evidence that the rod bearings or the oil pump needed to be changed but I wanted them done for peace of mind given the car was a 3.8 ltr at approx. 93k miles. I have TS on my E25 M5 and tried a set of the 18\" parallels and it felt like I lost 10-15 HP during acceleration runs. I love having \"trick\" wheels that actually draw how air away from the brakes. I recall getting quotes back in the mid 2000s for 2.5 k and a full drop the headliner to get it worked out with no promises to headliner damage.
