On the contrary, with climate change ac is becoming essential to driving our senior cars. I live in SE PA, Bucks County to be exact.\r\nOur spring, summer and fall are all warmer and longer. \r\n\r\nIf the engine is in good shape, perhaps a few mods, there is little loss of horsepower. I recommend the Behr system for its performance and also it looks closer to Factory Original. Actually, the factory did not install the ac. Dealers did it and Behr was one of the options. The stock ashtray in the middle of the Behr console is a really nice touch. \r\n\r\nThe only small con, unlike my Bavaria, the 2002 and coupe vents are only mounted on the center console.
