As for weight, the substituted K75 and K100 parts - including swingarm, driveshaft, final drive, forks, steerer, brake rotors, calipers, and wheels - are all notably lighter than the K1100 parts. As for quickness, the final drive has a shorter ratio and the gearbox has a shorter fifth gear. I\u2019ll start posting detailed show & tell (and ride!) videos throughout the auction. I eliminated the side stand because it would have stuck out like sore thumb under the shifter, and because the unassailable geniuses put the head on the left and the crank on the right. I do love BMW, but geez.
