Many aftermarket items in the 80s were not the best look, but they were the thing to have back in the day. \r\n\r\nThe early BMW auto trans were true slush boxes. When the e21s and e30s came out the performance was certainly improved. The important thing you mention is that the auto trans does allow entry into this car hobby for those that need 2 pedals. And we do need to encourage more people into this hobby.\r\n\r\nOn this car- really like the color.
