There have been a few kinks I've had to work out, but nothing major (steering wheel spacer, tailgate gas struts). I might put in a new clutch over the winter though.\r\n\r\nThe one thing that has really surprised me about the Evora is the gas mileage. I don't know what is exactly, but it's somewhere between 30-40mpg.\r\n\r\nIt's not mind bendingly fast, but that's not what the Evora is about. I fixed a few little Evora quirks too. The little access door for the brake/wiper fluid became stuck, I fixed it and added an external pull in case it ever happened again. Also had to reattach the reverse lockout pull cable. Neither cost any money, just a little time. I was pleasantly surprised at the MPG too! I guess that's what happens when you give a Camry engine less weight and better aero. :-) There's a lot of magic in the way these things move down the road. I've never felt a suspension like this before. Corners so flat, but soaks up all the bumps like a luxury car. Evoras usually photo poorly. I think it\u2019s that in 2D a lot of the curves blend in. The black pack cars help with this a little but they still can look frumpy in pics. The seller here did an amazing job highlighting those curves and the car looks as amazing as it does in the flesh (or fiberglass!).\n\nI\u2019ve a 13 S and haven\u2019t noticed that blemish in the paint on mine, however my Elise (that I sold here over the summer) had it on the front fenders as a lot of other Elise\u2019s I\u2019ve seen too. It\u2019s very difficult to photograph (again kudos to the seller to actually capture it) but on the Elise at least, you need to be close to see it. Most casual observers wouldn\u2019t even notice it.\n\nEvoras are exceptionally underrated by those that haven\u2019t driven them. Yes they are relatively underpowered but they still are plenty fast in the majority of circumstances. I\u2019ve said it more than once but the n/a Evora actually works really well as a back road spirited drive type car. The blend of power to the handling is a perfect sweet spot to match the twisties where more power is wasted as you can\u2019t use it; my S even feels overpowered on the twistes as it\u2019s going to fast to get a rhythm going - unless of course I were to run wide, cut corners etc all of which you can\u2019t do on the public road and hence why the base Evora actually is perfect for that driving.\n\nLastly it drives me nuts when people say the back seat in the Evora is useless and the one in an 911 is better. Yes both suck for kids as, unless the front passengers are short enough to move the front seats forward there is no legroom. But for storage the Evora easily wins. The 911 has that hump between the seats or dropping them for a flat floor results in losing space, whereas the Evora offers The entire (bigger) space all the time. It\u2019s amazing how much stuff you can get in an Evora via the back seat and boot.
