So I decided to buy a very well-sorted 360 Modena instead of a few gated 430s being offered at the time. It's interesting to see the 430s having risen so much in value and, conversely, the 360s still being sold at such much lower and attractive prices in the mid-$100k range. Very hard to adequately describe the driving experience of this car but suffice it to say that in a world where pristine 993s are strong six-figure cars all day long, it's equally difficult to put a price tag on this rolling piece of automotive art. What can I say about the manual F430 ? Since 2015 and 10 000 miles on it, the car has been bulletproof. The driving experience is amazing, with the light flywheel the revs drop very quickly and you have to get used to it, you have to deserve it. Once you really master the car, the feeling is soooo good with that beautiful gated manual and this N/A V8. The balance and the chassis are exceptional, and don't forget this car is now 20 years-old ! I think the F430 ages beautifully as times goes by. It really is a \"Baby Enzo\" with that beautiful rear design and the front is an hommage to the Ferrari 156 \"Shark Nose\". I wouldn't sell mine, it's just some much fun, a real blast to drive, and no more timing belts to replace. My original headers were replaced by the previous owner. Car is solid but as any other car it needs to be driven regularly on a pretty long distance so that every component gets lubrified and to avoid dryness in the hoses and seals.
