There looks to be plenty of FlexSeal or undercoating slathered on this one, but I don't really see evidence of rust repair. They're tough to find without any underside rot, especially in the midwest. This is a clean little BRAT!, My grandkids absolutely love mine & when they come for a visit I strap them in the back & buzz them around our property, grinning from ear to ear! I've actually had 2 different 6-point bull elk in both of my BRAT's, just because I may have been the only person ever to do this. It's quite impressive seeing that large of an animal in the back of these little buggers! I can try to give some commentary to the pictures for repair/what is remaining:\n\nThe rust repair I had done was on the top of wheel wells as there were holes forming when I bought it, I was concerned the strut mount would be compromised (it was not) but wanted the bed to be solid before coating it. Bed is extremely solid now\n\nPictures 115/204 shows rocker repair (previous owner) this seems solid now. 145 shows where there was some surface corrosion under the hood but cleaned up and appears to not have lasting rot, there are a few spots like this on driver fender (93) and rear panels(92) that I cleaned up a bit to make sure it didn\u2019t become a problem (por15/rattle can OEM color)\n\n158/159 show some of what seems to be the worst rust around the exhaust. Exhaust is also a little rusty but no leaks (although just a little cherry bomb muffler so it\u2019s a little loud)\n\nUnderneath there are metal panels that seem have been riveted screwed around the side rockers/rails and rear under tailgate (pic 160-163) that covers some rust I\u2019d assume it is similar to around the exhaust as that is what is on other side there. From what I can see/tap I don\u2019t think any of it is on key structure components (floor pan or subframes or box beams they mount to). Most of it seems to be the lower outter flange around the rear\n\n185 shows passenger side rail in front of rear tire that seems to be a bit weak and someone lifted and did a little damage. I\u2019ve been careful to lift from rear suspension points and from box rail on front floor and it has not been an issue. \n\nI\u2019ve enjoyed this brat and getting it into better shape, has been lots of fun and gets crazy attention when I take it out. However it is certainly not concourse, and it\u2019s a 40 year old Subaru :)\n\nI\u2019ve got 2 small kids so it\u2019s time to thin fleet to kid friendly vehicles as this one isn\u2019t getting as much use as I had planned in 2018.\n\nI\u2019m happy to grab additional pictures/media or for anyone interested, and ready to answer any additional questions.
