THIS is a sweet ride. When I first looked at the pictures, I thought it was a nicely cared for, stock BMW. Not so! That is a well thought out top half of the engine. Twin Webers, feeding a big valve head. Nice camshaft to make it all go bang better. There's great compression. You can do something else to the car, but the engine does not need anything for a while. BTW; I remember Preston Miller telling me once WAY long ago, that the 2.0 ran much better with 40's or 42's than with 45's. He said the 45's pumped too much fuel, even in racing setups. I hadn't thought of that till just now. I bet this runs, and sounds very nice. This is a great BMW, and a wonderful way into the world of BMW. Or add to the other 6 you already have.
