It seats 2 in the truck cab. There is a 2 person bench seat in the camper. The vehicle is licensed as a RV in Illinois. No stipulation on license for riding in camper, but state law may prevent it.\r\nThe shift pattern is standard for this model Unimog. It has a 8 speed transmission with a Klass overdrive effectively providing a hi/lo in each gear. I skip gears as it's not necessary to go through eash gear. When the transmission is cold a couple of the gears will grind. That goes away when it's warmed up.\r\nThe roof mounted spare is lowered or raised with a fixture designed to fit the exhaust stack. The upper part of the stack slips off to mount the fixture. The exhaust stack is solidly mounted to the cab and is constructed from heavy tubing. there is a hydralic mechanism that lifts the wheel and tire. after rotating you lower it to the ground. You reverse the procedure to get it back up. Never weighed combination , but guess somewhere around 300 lbs.\r\nThe Red Dot truck A/C. Purchased everything needed to install when I was modifying truck cab. The cab portion was installed then with the intent to install the engine components at a later date. Unfortunately, they never got installed. I should have started the project at 40 instead of 65. And, for good or bad I try to do everything 1st class, which often takes longer.\r\nAir system. The air drops very slowly. If any , it only takes a few minutes to build back for brake release. Even when it sits for weeks, it doesn't take long to allow brake release.\r\nDiff ratio's. off hand I can't answer that. It's available online. I don't drive it as fast as it might go. At 2500 RPM your speed would be 50-55. \r\n123 Cambo... Thanks for the compliment, it was a labor of love building it.
