First car I bought new from Webber Motors in Chicago was a 1970 124 FIAT sedan, black, manual. It handled great, nice 4 speed trans, and amazing space inside for the size. Took it to Western Canada and it survived for 4 year till trading it in for the 74 Alfa GTV that i still have. The FIAT came pre-rusted, made with cheaper at the time Russian steel. Tried rallying with it but on the rough Alberta forestry roads, every knob on the dash and some doors fell off. However that car would float over rough gravel and actually won an under 2 litre hill climb with it due to the great long shock travel.
