Original owner passed away\u2026and I purchased in 2022. Prior to my purchase, the car was checked out by Marquee Motors in Portland and had some maintenance items replaced (battery, brakes, fluids, oil, coolant). Before my purchase, I talked to the original owner\u2019s family and how he took care of his cars; spoke to the Portland Porsche Marquee Motors; car checked out; and felt reassured for my purchase. \n\nRecent maintenance notes: I\u2019ve had a watchful eye on the low mileage condition and any potential problems and everything has been base-lined and pre-emptively replaced. The only repairs that have been required in 2.5 years are the front gas purge valve and the slave brake cylinder. I\u2019ve listed some of the preventative and maintenance items in the main listing description. Chris\u2019s German Porsche specialist identified a \u201cyellowing coolant tank\u201d to keep an eye on (potential replacement item in the near or mid-term). On my list of items to add in the near-future, would be an addition of a LN low temperature thermostat. One unfortunate bad day in the family garage with a car they didn't know how to get into. I had both the front, rear bumpers, and section of the frunk underside resprayed by a Porsche certified shop in 2022 (Queen City in Redmond, Wa). Now perfect, glad I did it.
