I think cruising speed is good around 60-65mph, it could probably go faster, but being a model A with old school suspension, and mechanical brakes, I think that is a good speed according to the odo. \n\n I did take pictures as I shifted, I think as it goes faster, the tire size will effect the reading, the tires on the car, are about 27 1/2\u201d in diameter across, the spare on the back is stock 19\u201d and it is about 29 1/2\u201d so that is going to effect reading, unless the speedometer has been calibrated, so it could be effect it maybe 5 mph in reading. \n\nNot pushing the RPM\u2019S to max shift point take in mind, not racing, just normal driving, from 1 to 2nd about 20mph, 2nd to 3rd about 35mph, 3rd to 4th about 50mph, and then I show the speedometer at 65mph, and with that it still wanted to pull, we have a lot of windy roads out here, so I didn\u2019t push its limits. This thing will got up hills easily in 3rd gear as well. You can see in picture #1 shift knob to the left in 1st gear, then I pull it back in 2nd you can see it #2 picture, then I push up to 3rd in #3 picture, and then back to 4th in #4 picture. By the way Reverse gear is all the way to the right, and down. \n\nHope that helps, also that start up video, I do not have heat in our shop and no insulation.
