There were some runs and orange-peel that needed to be resolved on the punch-list. I took it back and they resolved those, I would say paint to be average.\r\n\r\nThe aftermarket Acme hard top is no longer available, it did have a backseat, but it was tossed out at the shop that did the work.\r\n\r\nNo rust that\u2019s why I purchased it because it was rust free.\r\n\r\nIt rides very well down the highway it\u2019ll scoot 65/80 (loud though throaty exhaust) with no problem. With new Springs, bushings and bearings there are no issues with how it tracks. I can say it\u2019s rather stiff, but I think that would be expected with the new parts.\r\n\r\nThe 10th anniversary was the theme in mind when choosing the color and lettering it is a CJ8 Scrambler (1984).\r\n\r\nI didn\u2019t build it for off-road, I just let the shop have free reign with upgrades. I never took it off road nor intended to. It\u2019s only use was to chase groceries on the weekend.\r\n\r\nThe warm up takes about a minute\u2026 (only on first start of the day). It\u2019s a fuel injection conversion this motor originally ran with a carburetor.
