I currently own a79 widetrack quaddie 2 door Levi that i've owned for over 20 years. It's still in the original silver going by the colour in the door shuts, and inside the tailgate, but it's missing the painted red Levi emblem on the front guard (or never had it). It does however have a blue denim interior complete with a red Levi tag sewn into a seam on each front seat. The door skins are in a textured denim coloured vinyl, but the seat facings are definitely proper denim. I know, because they are starting to fray and one has split a bit. I never knew they came in any other colour, never seen or heard of another one here in Australia, so I guess I'm just lucky. Or crazy. This one looks pretty good and tidy, as long as tin worm hasn't been hidden. They perform great off road, but they do love to rust. If you ever do any work up where the A pillar meets the roof, and dig out the factory bog, you'll see why the rust takes hold. There's an inch gap between the roof panel and the skin of the A pillar that the factory apparently just filled with body coloured bondo. I'm told mine's not special, they're all like that. Bowing in the roof liner is quite normal, but it's a big job to redo, as it has to be completely removed, and the old glue scraped off before the fabric can be re-glued to the cardboard roof liner, then it needs to be refitted. Once everything is put right, they're a good thing.
