Its an odd two years where Acura seemed to want to roll out the body colored targa roof however realized there were other improvements to be made. Hence just two years later they released the more refreshed 1997+ models. \r\n\r\nI owned a 1998 and always thought the sweet spot for NSXs was either 1997-2001 (perhaps 2001 being the best).
