My GF\u2019s dad, a taciturn helicopter pilot and Vietnam vet, treated himself to a new yellow VMax to replace his 920 Virago. Washing it after his first ride, he offered me the keys. \u201cGo try it out, you\u2019re not gonna believe the power!\u201d\r\n\r\nNow, I\u2019m a 19 year old with no bike experience bigger than a Honda 90 at that time. GF has her cycle endorsement and is fond of riding solo or second seat, she\u2019s fuming\u2026 \u201che\u2019s never even let me ride the Virago!\u201d \r\n\r\n\u201cWell\u2026\u201d I said. \u201cYou see it as generosity but I think he\u2019s trying to get me killed!\u201d ROFL.
