Takes about 25 mins. I personally used gun oil to lube the fan bearings on my S6 (also has the same 6 speed swap). There is a youtube vid on this but one just pulls the glove box and the rest is self explanatory. Also, to the owner/new owner, consider new bosch MAF and FPR (fuel pressure regulator). Both are EASY installs and are due to be done at the age/mileage if not already done by now. Do a throttle body alignment afterwards, of course. Those bosch parts really woke up my S6.
