The car was so big that we had to remove the stub frame to get it on the rotisserie. \n\nKeith T - There was no visible front end damage. The stub frame you see in the pics is the original stub frame we took down to metal, repainted and installed new ball joints, shocks, bushings, etc.\n\nShortcomings of this car are all mechanical in nature. Our priority was to get this car rust free and looking great and running soundly to get to car shows and use as a driver. We had seen C7 on Dodge Trucks, B Bodies, E Bodies and some customs, but never on a C Body and, quite honestly, we took a chance that this car (without the cool body contours of the E and B Bodies) would look good in a purple suit. It is long and straight, but the white top does, in my opinion, compliment the paint nicely. \n\nAlso, we didn't think the factory Sport Fury wheels would fit this car, so we opted for the painted steel rims and dog dish caps. \n\nPatrick 01 - I can relate. While this car doesn't get 18 MPG on the highway, it does handle quite nicely for a car this size and, with the 2.76 rear end, pulls low RPMs at highway speeds. 70-75 mph feel comfortable and without high revs.\n\nThanks for all the comments and questions.
