We will make a best efforts basis to supply this to the new owner, but we do not guarantee its delivery. Fork lock: forgive my ignorance, but we don't see a fork lock on the bike. Only a steering damper in the center of the handlebars and in any case, we don't have a key for a fork lock, nor do we see a pathway for it. We only have the key needed to start and stop the bike.
